Privacy Policy

The current Moru Games website code and games contain no feature that automatically collects personal information, and Moru Games does not store personal information on a separately operated server. The following describes the services as they operate today.

  1. Scope

    This policy applies to the official Moru Games website and games provided by Moru Games. If a specific game provides a separate privacy notice, that notice takes precedence for that game.

  2. Information not currently collected

    The website has no accounts, contact forms, analytics, advertising trackers, or cookie-based tracking. Current games have no accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics, or telemetry. Moru Games does not automatically collect, sell, or share players’ personal information.

  3. Data stored on your device

    The website stores only your selected language code in your browser’s local storage and does not send it to a server. If a game stores settings or progress on your device, that data also remains on the device. Depending on the platform, this data can be removed through browser or device settings, in-game controls, or by uninstalling the game.

  4. Email inquiries

    Email links on this website open your default mail application. If you choose to email us, your email address, name, and information included in the message may be used to answer your inquiry. Transmission and storage may also be governed by the policies of the email providers used by you and Moru Games. We use the information only for the inquiry and delete it after the matter is resolved unless retention is required by law.

  5. External services

    External destinations such as X, YouTube, and future game stores follow their own privacy policies. This website currently links to those services without using their tracking scripts or embedded players. A web hosting provider may process limited technical information or access logs required to deliver the site under its own policy.

  6. Future changes

    If we add online features, analytics, advertising, payments, or third-party SDKs that change how personal information is handled, we will update this policy or publish a game-specific policy before collection begins and announce the change.
